Panel (A) shows the protein expression levels of Nrf2, NQO1 and HO-1 and panel (B) shows the mRNA expression level of Nrf2, NQO1, HO-1, and GSTA2. Whereas, experimental groups consist of (A) Control group (B) Model group (C) Baicalin alone treated group (450 mg/kg) and (D) Model group treated with baicalin (450 mg/kg).
