Sodium bicarbonate	44 mM	3.7 g
Penicillin-streptomycin solution	100 U/mL	10 mL
L-glutamine	2 mM	10 mL
FBS	10%	100 mL

Add ddH₂O to 1 L. Bring the pH to 7.0 by bubbling the solution with CO₂ gas. Filter the final solution using 0.1 micron Supor DCF filter. Add FBS, penicillin-streptomycin and L-glutamine solution once you open a new bottle of DMEM. Store at 4°C for up to 4 weeks.
