Disease evolution pattern consistent with OP sequelae. Axial (a–c) and coronal (d–f) CT images showing patchy ground glass opacities at baseline (a–d), diffuse ground-glass opacities with septal thickening, and perilobular opacities at 2–3 months (b–e), and subtle diffuse ground-glass with no CT features of lung fibrosis at 6–7 months (c–f).
