The same color indicates similar levels of statistical significance between SNP cases. P-values for the interaction (epistasis) log-likelihood ratio test are found in the upper triangle of the matrix. In contrast, those from the likelihood ratio test (LRT) compare the two-SNP additive likelihood to the best of the single-SNP models are in the lower part.
