(A) The 5mC signal is highly stable in the replicates with the Pearson's r >0.99 for any pair. For instance, the Pearson's r between HFO001 and HFO002 is 0.998 for 5mC. (B) The Pearson's r ranges from 0.70 to 0.88 for the 5hmC signal. The Pearson's r between HFO001 and HFO002 is 0.820 for 5hmC.
