Three sets of nodes were determined: Set1: all nodes in HPPI, Set2: only nodes that are non-DARTable genes (nodes that are not part of HDG) and Set3: only nodes that are DARTable genes (analogically, nodes that are part of HDG). Value in brackets indicates number of nodes in each set.
