A, A mild oozing bleeding started from a dystrophic and ulcerated gallbladder wall, opposite to the lumen-apposing metal stent flange, which was self-limiting after flushing the gallbladder with diluted adrenalin (B). C, A small sickle-shaped pericholecystic CO2 diffusion was visible at the end of the procedure, which did not result in any clinical or biochemical abnormality.
