Effects of (A, E and I) GANT61, (B, F and J) cyclopamine, (C, G and K) RU-SKI43 and (D, H and L) sunitinib on the cell cycle distribution of 786-O, ACHN and HK2 cells after 48 h of incubation with each compound at the EC₅₀ or EC₂₅. Cells were harvested, stained with PI and analyzed by flow cytometry. Statistical significance was estimated using two-way ANOVA.
