The schematic diagram of sequence logo generating process by MetaLogo. Sequences can be automatically clustered based on evolutionary relationships, or they can be grouped according to user-specified rules. MetaLogo draws and aligns sequence logos for each group, and reports the conservative status of each groups. Users can adjust the cluster resolution and sequence subregions to redraw sequence logos. The first sequence of the input will be tracked in its position in the final grouping.
