Protein intake calculated individually by grams protein per ideal body weight in kilograms. *Significantly lower than the proposed 0.4 g/kg/meal threshold. Distribution of protein throughout the meals was skewed. No one met the per meal protein recommendation of 0.4 g of protein/kg/meal at all 3 main meals.
