(A) Aortic flow measurements of porcine control pulmonary autografts without reinforcement, as well as porcine and human pulmonary autografts using the inclusion technique with and without anti-commissural plications. The aortic flow profiles were overall similar among the five groups. Porcine control pulmonary autografts without reinforcement demonstrated increased flow reversal during diastole, suggesting increased valve regurgitation.
