The effects of TSLP on the gene expression of the mitochondrial respiratory chain complex in THP-1 cells. TSLP significantly increased mitochondrial copy numbers, mitochondrial respiratory chain complex II SDHA mRNA, and uncoupling protein expression (A, C, and G). TSLP stimulation for 2 h did not increase the RNA expression of B complex I gene ND1, D complex III CYTB, E complex IV COX1 or F complex V ATP6.
