Effects of Interleukin-1 receptor 8 (IL-1R8) silencing on natural killer (NK) cell-cytotoxicity. Cytotoxicity of mock-transfected (black circles) or IL-1R8-transfected (gray squares) NK cells, against different tumor cell lines at the indicated Effector (E):Target (T) ratios, upon IL-15 (left column) or IL-18 (right column) stimulation.
