FICs were based on the MIC80s for all isolates except those of C. albicans, C. parapsilosis, and Cryptococcus neoformans, for which MIC100s were used (Table 2).
NA, not applicable. Itraconazole MICs for these organisms were at the lowest concentration tested; therefore, the drug interaction could not be determined.
