|SH-SY5Y viability and toxicity following treatment with ApoE2/3/4 in vitro. Human neuroblastoma cell line (SH-SY5Y) was grown in vitro and treated for 24 h with 100 μM cholesterol (control) with or without recombinant ApoE2/3/4 (20 nM). Following treatment, cellular viability was measured using MTS and cellular release of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) was assessed as a measure of cellular toxicity.
