Analysis of gene expression for corneal epithelium markers (A,B) and limbal progenitor-related markers (C,D) in human iPS cells grown in a limbal cell culture system with varying doses of BMP4. Human iPS cells were harvested and seeded on fibronectin and laminin-coated dishes with a limbal-specific medium (PI). BMP4 (1, 10, and 50 ng/mL) was present for the first three days of culture.
