Effect of resveratrol on cell viability in ARPE-19 cells. Cells were treated with resveratrol at 4, 2, 1, 0.5, 0.25, 0.125, 0.0625, 0.03125 μg/mL for 24 h. At the end of the respective treatments, MTS assays were performed as described in the materials and methods. The ratios are expressed as the percentage of viable cells normalized to the untreated control. The values of the MTS assay are mean ± SE of six replicates in each treatment.
