Concentrations of 1 and 5 μM D2A21 correspond to 4.3 and 21.5 μg/ml, respectively, and concentrations of 1 and 5 μM D4E1 correspond to 2.8 and 14 μg/ml, respectively.
Killing of ≥99.9% of the final inoculum was defined as 100%.
