ETV:IDS is more effective than IgG:IDS at reducing brain and CSF GAGs in Ids KO;TfRmu/hu KI mice. (A–C) GAG levels were evaluated in the liver (A), CSF (B), and brain (C) of Ids KO;TfRmu/hu KI mice 7 d after treatment with ETV:IDS or IgG:IDS after an IV dose of 1, 3, or 10 mg/kg and compared with vehicle treatment and nondiseased littermate control TfRmu/hu KI mice. All mice are on a C57BL/6 background. Data presented are from a single study with n = 5 mice per group. Each symbol represents a biological replicate. Graphs display mean ± SEM and P values: one-way ANOVA with Tukey’s multiple comparison test; *, P ≤ 0.05; ***, P ≤ 0.001; ****, P ≤ 0.0001.
