Secretion of BAFF in RAW 264.7 cells and bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs). RAW264.7 cells and BMDMs were primed with LPS (1 μg/ml) for 6 h. Anti-BAFF antibody or mouse immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) isotype control antibody (500 ng/ml or 1 ug/ml) was added to RAW 264.7 and BMDMs at the same time with LPS.
