Summary of results. Loss of Myd88-dependent TLR signaling does not affect the specification of HE cells at E9.5. At E10.5, loss of Myd88-dependent TLR signaling decreases RUNX1 levels in IAHC and HE cells, decreases the number of LMPs, and decreases the proliferation and number of IAHC cells. At E11.5, loss of Myd88-dependent TLR signaling increases HSCs.
