While no overall differences were found based on condition (Aligned vs Misaligned) or time-of-day (morning vs afternoon), a condition X time-of-day interaction was significant in a linear mixed-effects model that also accounted for sex, scanner, scan visit (first vs second), scan order (Aligned first vs Misaligned first), and DLMO.
