Size, PDI, and ζ potential of each particles were measured. DOPE 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphatidyl ethanolamine, Chol-RP cholesteryl RP aptamer, SM sphingomyelin, STR-S2 stearylated S2 Peptide. S2 peptide sequence: (Dimethyl-Tyr)-(D-Arg)-(Phe)-(Lys)-(Dimethyl-Tyr)-(D-Arg)-(Phe)-(Lys)-NH2. RP aptamer sequence: 5′-UCUCCCUGAGCUUCAGG-3′. Data are represented as mean with S.D. (n = 7).
