Manuscript in preparation. Briefly, for production of the rabbit anti-LARS antibody used here, purified recombinant LARS protein was submitted to Pierce Custom Services (Thermo Fisher). Antibodies were purified from rabbit serum provided by this service using cyanogen bromide activated-sepharose resin (Sigma, C9142) coupled to LARS protein.
