Antagonism of CGRP-stimulated cAMP production by lipidated αCGRP8-37 analogues at human CGRP or AMY1 receptors expressed in Cos-7 cells. Concentration-response curves were generated in the absence or presence of (A) αCGRP7-37-palmitate, (B) V8C-palmitate, (C) K24C-palmitate, and (D) K35C-palmitate at one or multiple different concentrations.
