UV-B exposure modulates the level of free phenolics in Arabidopsis (A) The 14 days old Arabidopsis rosette showed distinct phenotypic changes under UV-B as depicted in pictures. (B) UV-B showed morpho-physiological adaptation, but we focused to investigate the phenolics of plants because of their photoprotective role. (C) GC-MS captured phenolics in Col-0 and Col-0 UV-B.
