(B) The cytotoxicity of hesperetin on MDA-MB-231 cells was detected by CCK-8 Kit assay. The result shows that hesperetin treatment at the concentration of ≤100 μM had no influence on the viability of MDA-MB-231 cells compared to the control group. By contrast, 200 μM hesperetin treatment obviously inhibited the growth of MDA-MB-231 cells with statistical significance. Each result represents mean ± SD of 6 independent experiments. ** P < 0.01 versus control group.
