Spermine promotes Nrf2 to enter the nucleus and promotes antioxidant protein expression. Western blotting was used to detect the levels of Nrf2, HO-1 and NQO-1, Histone H3 and GAPDH were used as internal references for nuclear and cell total protein, respectively. Immunofluorescence was used to detect Nrf2 nuclear translocation. (A) Nrf2 level in nuclear and cytoplasm lysates. (B) HO-1 and NQO-1 level in total lysates. (C) The levels of Nrf2, HO-1 and NQO-1 were quantified.
