Impedance between two electrodes in ACSF. The distance between the two electrodes was of the order of 5 to 10 μm. The modulus (A) and the phase (B) are represented as a function of frequency ν. A frequency dependence can be seen for ν > 2 kHz (A) and for ν > 500 Hz (B). The blue curve shows a capacitive effect of 3.25 pF.
