Data, expressed as mg gallic acid equivalents (GAE)/100 g dw or mg catechin equivalents (CE)/100 g dw, are the mean ± standard deviation of five independent replicates (n = 5). Data were submitted to one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), differences among groups were detected using multiple comparison procedures (Tukey post hoc test, p < 0.05).
