SUCNR1 impairs the expression of inflammasome components in DSS-chronic colitis. Chronic intestinal colitis was induced in vivo in WT and SUCNR1^−/− mice with four cycles of increasing percentage of DSS in drinking water over 7 days, intercalated with 10 days of water.
