Cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) findings of cardiac amyloidosis. Figure 3 shows end-diastolic cine stills, native T1 maps, late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) images, and extracellular volume (ECV) maps in patients with AL (top row) and ATTR (bottom row) CA. Note the thickened ventricular wall in cine imaging. In cardiac amyloidosis, native T1 and ECV were elevated. LGE imaging demonstrated diffuse subendocardial to transmural hyper-enhancement.
