Summary of metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) with the same taxonomy as HRT bioindicators

Taxonomy refers to the GTDB (Genome Taxonomy Database) phylogenomic classification. ASVs in bold represent the four HRT bioindicators irrespective of time. Sequence datasets of genomes in red letters were taken from the databases of NCBI and EzBioCloud. These genomes (in red) were used to affiliate the MAGs of Syntrophococcus, Clostridium IV and Clostridium sensu stricto, since their genomes are not available in GTDB.
