Effects of EF-2001 on MDI-induced cell cycle progression in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. MDI-treated 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were cultured with DM in the presence or absence of EF-2001. Cells treated with MDI for 48 h were stained with propidium iodine (PI) and analyzed by flow cytometry. The percentages of the cell population at G0/G1 (A), S (B), and G2/M (C) phase of the cell cycle were calculated from the data. Data are represented as mean ± SEM.
