Effects of EF-2001 on insulin receptor pathways in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. 3T3-L1 adipocytes were performed to adipogenesis for 2 days in the absence or presence of various dose of EF-2001. Cells were harvested at the time at which the expression of each insulin signaling protein was induced.
