Interaction of DEC1 with STAT3. (A, B) Cells were treated with IL-6 (50 ng/ml) or PBS for 24 h. Cell lysates were incubated with an antibody against DEC1, STAT3 or non-immune IgG. The immunoprecipitated complex was analyzed through using antibodies against STAT3 or DEC1. The input was analyzed by Western blotting for DEC1, STAT3 or GAPDH. (C) Co-localization of DEC1 and STAT3 through using immunofluorescence. DLD-1 cells were treated with IL-6 (50 ng/ml) or PBS for 24 h.
