^aThe trough serum Flu concentration of Flu in noninfected rabbits (n = 3) that received Flu at 85.2 mg/kg twice per day i.v. for 5 days was 34.4 ± 3.7 μg/ml, and that of AmB in noninfected rabbits (n = 3) given AmB at 1.0 mg/kg for one dose was 0.41 ± 0.20 μg/ml. Trough concentrations in serum collected 12 and 24 h after the Flu and AmB doses were given, respectively, were measured.
