(C) Iron levels in cytosolic and mitochondrial fraction of C19orf12 KO and WT cells by atom furnace spectrometry (n = 3 replicates). (D) Cytosol ROS levels and mitochondrial ROS levels were analyzed by H2DCFDA and mitoSOX (n = 3 replicates). (E) Lipid ROS levels were analyzed by BODIPY C11 (n = 180 cells).
