A) Effect of FABP4 on Panc-1 proliferation. Extrinsically added 100 ng/ml FABP4 increased the proliferation of Panc-1 cells while 20 and 40 ng/ml did not increase the proliferation. B) Effect of incubation with FABP4 on Pan02 proliferation. 100 ng/ml FABP4 increased the proliferation of Pan02 cells. C) Effect of FABP4 or R126Q (R- single point mutant FABP4) on Panc-1 proliferation. Extrinsically added R126Q did not increase the proliferation. Results are presented as mean ± SD (n = 3).
