Note: Only MSs reporting data for 10 or more isolates are shown in the graph; however, all isolates are included in the calculation of resistance at the reporting MS group level. As only two MSs reported data on 10 or more Salmonella isolates recovered from calves or their derived carcases, resistance levels for these origins are not presented in Figure 4a,b.
