Lack of IgG autoantibodies to previously reported autoantigens in MIS-C. SARS-CoV2 uninfected children (controls) and MIS-C children who did not receive IVIG (MISC-no IVIG) were screened for IgG autoantibodies against potential target proteins (panels A–H) discovered previously by autoantigen array studies. Autoantibody levels are plotted in light units on a log₁₀ scale. The dashed lines represent the cut-off level for determining positive antibody titers as described in the Methods. No statistically significant seropositive autoantibodies in MIS-C were detected in these previous array-identified proteins.
