Paucity of IgG and IgA autoantibodies to previously reported autoantigens in MIS-C. SARS-CoV2 uninfected children (controls) and MIS-C children who did not receive IVIG (MISC-no IVIG) were screened for IgG (A–D) and IgA (E–H) autoantibodies against potential target proteins discovered previously by autoantigen array studies. Autoantibody levels are plotted in light units on a log₁₀ scale. The dashed lines represent the cut-off level for determining positive antibody titers as described in the Methods. Only two antigens, TNNC2 and KLHL12 showed occasional IgG seropositivity in MIS-C and no seropositives IgA responses were detected.
