Therapeutic effect of hM-CSF on C. albicans infection in CY-treated mice. Mice were inoculated i.v. with C. albicans (5 × 104 yeast cells per mouse) 5 days after CY injection. Vehicle or hM-CSF was given i.v. to the mice once daily for 5 days starting 1 day after infection.
