Shows a metaphase-arrested (emb-30(RNAi)) oocyte expressing mCherry::tubulin (top), dissected into control Meiosis Medium solution. DHC-1::degron::GFP (bottom) is clearly localized to spindle poles and faintly seen at kinetochores and spindle morphology does not change during the imaging timeframe in the absence of auxin.
