miRNA-421 expression in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). A miR-421 was upregulated in LUAD cell lines, including A549, PC9 and H1299 cells, compared to the control BEAS/2B cells. B miR-421 was upregulated in 73 LUAD specimens compared to paired normal lung tissues (P=0.0437).
