Impact of selected parameters of Mg degradation on cell proliferation Ki-67 positive cells were counted and set in relation to total tumor cells (green) and total healthy cells (magenta). Relative Ki-67 positive cells are shown as m±sd from two samples with three randomly chosen positions for each sample. Samples were coculture seeded on Mg or glass slides (glass control) with 60 mM polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG 400), 0.7% CO₂, or Mg extracts with indicated Mg concentrations.
