SPION-mediated magnetic actuation promotes morphological regeneration of the sciatic nerve. At 3, 7, 14, and 21 days after sciatic nerve crush injury, the gross appearance, semithin sections and ultrathin sections were observed by stereomicroscopy, optical microscopy, and TEM.
