(A) The wild-type and mutant ie-1 plasmids were constructed by cloning a 1,752-nt length fragment (remove the TAA) encompassing the m6A peak region in the ie-1 mRNA and a mutant fragment with A > T mutations at the potential m6A sites, respectively.
