The position of junction 1 (J1) and the first LMI070-induced exon–exon junction (sorted by genomic position) connecting a canonical exon to a LMI070-induced pseudo exon. Columns 7 and 8 indicate the number and percentage of Intropolis datasets in which each J1 splice event was observed. Columns 9 and 10 indicate the number and percentage of total counts in which each J1 splice event was observed. 11. The position of junction 2 (J2) the second LMI070-induced exon–exon junction (sorted by genomic position) connecting a LMI070-induced pseudo exon to a canonical exon.
