LC_GidA mutations impair resistance to (B) H₂O₂ and (C) pH in Lysobacter capsici. The wild-type X2-3, the mutant MT16, and the Com-16 complemented strains were grown on 0.1, 0.01, and 0.001 mM H₂O₂ (B) and at pH 6.0, pH 7.0, or pH 9.0 (C). The bacterium was serially diluted five times (10⁻¹–10⁻⁵). Three replicates for each treatment were used, and the experiment was repeated three times.
